Lake Waseosa Ratepayers' Association

It is with deep regret that we announce that long time area resident Owen Ball passed away May 15, 2010.

Owen and his family have been cottaging on Waseosa since the 1940s. A founding member of the Association, Owen served as the LWRA President from 1972 to 1976 and was a driving force behind many of our early environmental programs. He spent even more time up here after he retired from Bell Canada.

Our condolences go out to his wife, Jean,  his children  Barbara, Susan, Gayle and Keith, his brother Ken and his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
