As the covid-19 crisis has evolved, it has become clear that it cannot be “business as usual” for the LWRA this summer. The provincial government has extended the state of emergency and as of this date, gatherings of more than 5 persons are still prohibited.
From Kirstin Maxwell at the Town, in answer to President Norton's question:
"At this point all LPAT proceedings have been suspended until June 30 – and I don’t know what the rescheduling backlog will look like, if they intend to bump the cases scheduled after that too. "
So everything is on hold pending resolution of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Membership in the LWRA is open to any area ratepayer with a limit of one membership per property and one membership per person. All new memberships must be approved by the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with the rules.
Annual dues are $40.00. Dues can be:
1. Sent c/o 21 Cottage Lane, Huntsville, Ontario, P1H 2J4
2. Paid in person at one of our events.
